SALES TRAINING SOFTWARE FOR DEALERS

Sales Training Software Built for Showrooms

Most sales training software was built for SaaS BDR teams in San Francisco. This one is built for the meet-and-greet, the trade walk, the manager TO, and the F&I handoff. Showroom-shaped, dealership-priced.

THE PROBLEM

Why Enterprise Sales Training Software Misses on the Lot

You can buy any of a dozen sales training platforms. Almost none of them are tuned for the conversation that happens between a 22-year-old salesperson and a 55-year-old buyer holding a key fob.

Built for cold outbound, not warm walk-ins

Most platforms assume a CRM-managed pipeline. Dealerships work fresh-ups and phone leads — completely different cadence.

No automotive-specific scenarios

Generic objection libraries do not include "I want to take the title home tonight" or "I already talked to a different dealer this morning."

Priced for the wrong company

Enterprise SaaS pricing is $200-$500 per seat per month. Untenable for a 30-rep store.

No service-side coverage

Dealerships need a single platform that trains sales, BDC, service, and F&I. Most enterprise tools cover only sales.

QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked

What is sales training software, and how is DealSpeak different?

Sales training software is the platform that organizes, delivers, and tracks training for a sales team. Most platforms are LMS-style — videos, quizzes, modules. DealSpeak is a different category: it's voice-based practice software. Reps actually talk to AI customers and get scored on the conversation. The LMS layer (modules, completion tracking) is included, but the core value is in the practice.

Is DealSpeak sales training software actually built for dealerships specifically?

Yes. Every scenario in our default library was built with operating dealerships, not adapted from a generic sales course. The vocabulary, the buyer dynamics, the objection set, and the gross math are all dealership-native. You can tell the difference within five minutes of using it.

How does this compare to Showpad, Mindtickle, Highspot, or other enterprise sales training platforms?

Those platforms are excellent for enterprise SaaS sales teams — content management, deal-room collateral, role-based learning paths. DealSpeak is in a different segment: built for dealership floors, priced for dealership budgets ($30 vs $200+), and tuned for voice practice instead of content delivery.

Can the software integrate with our CRM?

Yes. We integrate with DealerSocket, VinSolutions, Reynolds, and CDK. Practice scores flow into the CRM so the same per-rep view shows both training activity and floor performance. We can also push to BI dashboards via API.

How long does it take to roll out across a 30-rep store?

Same-day. Reps sign in with email or SSO; the default scenario library is already loaded. Custom scenarios specific to your store take 1-2 weeks to build out (we help). Most stores have meaningful daily practice running in week 1.

Do reps need any special hardware?

A phone, a tablet, or a laptop with a microphone. That's it. We tested specifically on cheap Android tablets and entry-level Windows laptops because that's what most dealerships actually use.

Is there a free trial?

7 days. No credit card required for the trial. After 7 days it's $30 per user per month, monthly or annual.

Will sales training software actually move floor numbers?

Software does not move numbers — practice does. Software that gets practiced moves numbers. The dealerships that see the biggest closing-ratio movement in 60-90 days are the ones where the GM enforces 10-15 minutes of daily practice. The software makes that possible; the leadership commitment makes it happen.
